I’m not one to hide my love for a good knit dress: classy yet comfortable, the ideal secret pajama! Especially in floral prints, these are always the dresses that get me the most compliments 😉 My floral Moneta dress is starting to look a little worse for wear so it was time to come up with a successor!
Between preparing for the release of the new Deer&Doe collection and feeling a bit tired lately, I haven’t even touched my sewing machine in a month, and I miss it a lot. However I still have one project to show here, that I managed to finish just before heading back to France: a denim Paulice Alice Rosari skirt.
I’m going through a style crisis right now. I don’t know if it’s because I started working from home, if I spend too much time with Eléonore Klein or if I’m just finally catching up with trends, but I’m starting to leave my favorite retro silhouette behind for more comfortable outfits. Since I’ve made my Safran jeans (super comfy with its 30% stretch) I’ve been wearing them at least three days a week, with a flannel shirt or a big cosy sweater. Sewing-wise, I’m dreaming of Grainline Studio patterns, which I used to disregard as too boxy for me. And I picked up knitting again!
